This report on a review was issued on May 23, 2025. Esk’etemc, alongside the Union of BC Indian Chiefs and the the Concerned Parents and Caregivers of Williams Lake continue to ask the Ministry of Education and Child Care to conduct a thorough investigation into racial violence, bullying, and discrimination within School District #27.

We remain resolute in our demand for an independent investigation, aiming to ensure all students in the district can attend school without fear of racial violence or harassment.
